Outgoing Preparation Seminar on 6-7th of January!
What is that?
- All those lucky aiesecers who were selected to go on Internship have no idea what's waiting for them in reality!! So we need to prepare them ;)
That means:
- cultural preparation (cultural shocks, ambassadorship etc - building the right attitude)
- AIESEC Exchange standards and principles: who is responsible for what
- Preparation for different Life (or Life with AIESEC) situations that no one can predict (usually can be predictable, but no one really expects that to happen)
- Realistic Opportunities for internships - examples of Profiles, Projects, Companies; reality with TN pool
- Goals/Expectations setting: how to get out of internship maximum professional and personal development
Why?
- We take care of our members on exchange, we want them to feel good and not stressed
- We want to ensure good quality of interns for hosting country as well
Now, who can prepare them better than those who already gone through that or are in process??:)
If you feel like you want to contribute:
You have to be available on 2-3 of January for premeeting and 6-7th for Conference itself!!!!
We are looking for those who..
- Think that International Experience is life-changing one
- Enjoy Cultural Diversity
Required:
- International Experience
- Good facilitation skills
Very preferred (but if you don't have it - you still want to apply - apply!)
- AIESEC internship experience
- AIESEC objectives understanding
- AIESEC involvement anywhere globally
